Carol Martino Residential & Commercial Income Property Sales Carol Martino has been licensed in real estate since 1978. She is the Broker/Owner of her company Realty World Martino Associates and Mortgage Co. She sells residential and commercial property and has been a loan agent for residential and income property sales. Carol also has experience in commercial leasing and the sale of business opportunities. Her office is located at 1107 Lincoln Avenue and she has been working and living in Alameda since 1992.
